    I did a lot of research and these came up as one of the cleanest options for omega 3. The tablets are large but they are easy to swallow. Noticed a good improvement in my knee cracks since using these consistently for several months.

    There’s no fishy aftertaste , which I really appreciate . My only tiny annoyance is that the capsule is big hence why I gave 4 star , but it’s still okay to swallow . Overall , I would recommend it .
