Very Effective!
I've been having a lot of trouble with getting to sleep and anxiety / racing thoughts at bedtime due to perimenopause so I did some research into natural things that might help with this. One of the supplements I read about was glycine, along with magnesium glycinate and L-theanine. I bought all 3 from Healf and have been taking them about an hour before bed - and there has definitely been a big improvement in my racing thoughts and ability to fall asleep, I am actually surprised at how well the combination works. This glycine is excellent quality with no nasty ingredients, the capsules are not too big and easy to swallow with no after taste or strange smell - and I think they are a reasonable price for the high standard and amount of product you receive. I highly recommend if you struggle with sleep, I feel noticeably calmer and more relaxed and will continue to take these for the foreseeable future!
