Decent combination of vitamin D
Decent combination of vitamin D and K (in its different forms), as the two do work synergistically. Bear in mind this is a very high vitamin K dosage, and being vitamin K stored in the liver, it's best to take this only a few times per week. So if you want daily vitamin D intake, it's best to pair this with a vitamin D only supplement, hence the 3 starts.
